DR. MICHELE NARUSZEWICZ, OD

Dr. Michele Naruszewicz is a native of Detroit, Michigan who received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1989.  She attended the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan where she received her doctorate of Optometry, graduating with high distinction in 1994. 

Her clinical experiences include externships at a United States Air Force base in North Dakota, a maximum security prison in Jackson, Michigan, an eye care mission to Honduras, and a one year residency program in hospital based optometry in Lexington, Kentucky. 

Dr. Naruszewicz practiced in Michigan before moving to Calgary in 1998.  She practiced at Market Mall Vision Centre with her husband, Dr. Tom Wilk.  She and Dr. Wilk started the practice at Mountain View Optometry in Cochrane in 2000.  In 2008, Market Mall Vision Centre moved to a new location and changed names to Mountain View Optometry. 

Dr. Naruszewicz is an active member of the Alberta Association of Optometrists and strives to provide the highest quality of optometric care, including the treatment and management of ocular disease.  She has a particular interest in contact lenses.  Dr. Naruszewicz enjoys many activities including hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
